Town of Marshville Community Development Block Grant FY 2017-2018
Carelock Dr. /Elizabeth St. W/S Improvement Project
The Town of Marshville recently received Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the Union County CDBG Entitlement program, for the FY 2017-2018 Carelock Dr. /Elizabeth St. Sewer Improvement Project. The Town of Marshville will utilize the CDBG funds to construct 1,250 linear feet of sewer line crossing both Carelock Drive and Elizabeth Street.
The Town of Marshville is soliciting assistance from qualified firms to provide environmental review services for the completion of the U.S. Department of Housing and Development’s required environmental review process. The results of the project review must be compiled into the Town of Marshville’s Environmental Review Record (ERR) and submitted to Union County for a 30-day review period.
