NC Tomorrow is a statewide initiative to help regions in North Carolina address the new economic development challenges facing our communities today. Led by the NC Association of Regional Councils, the goal is to create a more uniform approach to economic development planning across the state. Each of the 16 North Carolina Regional Councils has produced a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). Together they form the basis for the consolidated statewide strategy, submitted to the NC Department of Commerce.
